Thesis supervision

I belong to the Earth and Planetary Dynamics Group of the Department of Earth and Environmental Science, Graduate School of Environmental Studies. I welcome students who are interested in studying crustal deformation, earthquake/volcanic processes, and evaluation of future seismic hazard. I will be retiring in March 2030. I can accept new students either for the Master course (2 years) or the Doctor course (3 years), but cannot supervise student for the whole graduate courses (5 years).
