xmlサブパッケージには
Extensible Markup Language (XML)ファイルに対して様々な処理を行うプログラム
が格納されている。

但し、ymaeda_opentoolsの現在のバージョンでは
全てのXMLファイルを取り扱えるわけではない。
ymaeda_opentoolsで要求するXMLファイルの書式については
xmlヘッダファイルパッケージのマニュアル
に記載されている。
However, not all XML files can be treated by
the current version of ymaeda_opentools.
Requirements for the XML files to be treated by ymaeda_opentools
are described in
the documentation of xml header file package.
