異なる方法による位置の表現の変換表

waterPMLコマンドでは様々な方法で位置を表現する
(
解説ページ)。
このうち「方法2」で表現された位置を「方法3-2」に変換するための変換表として
struct grid型構造体stgを用いており、
その構造体の中身がこのファイルに出力される。
The waterPML command uses various methods
to represent a location; see
a description for the methods.
A location expressed by “method 2”
can be converted to that by “method 3-2” using a
struct grid-type structure stg.
The content of this structure is stored in this file.
- パラメータoutputdirで指定したディレクトリの下に
parameters/stg.logのファイル名で出力される。
The output file name is parameters/stg.log
and created under the directory
specified by parameter outputdir.
- 第1行にはstgのメンバNgの値が「Ng=値」の形式で出力される。
The 1st line indicates the value of member Ng of stg,
with a format “Ng=value”.
- 第2行にはstgのメンバNvの値が「Nv=値」の形式で出力される。
The 2nd line indicates the value of member Nv of stg,
with a format “Nv=value”.
- 第3行以降にはstgのメンバindexの配列要素の値が1行につき1つずつ、
「n[0]=値,n[1]=値,n[2]=値,ig=値,iv=値,index=値」
の形式で出力される。
ここでn[0], n[1], n[2]は
半格子点の方向別インデックス、
igは
半格子点の通し番号、
ivは
変数番号
であり、最後の「index=値」の欄に出力される値はその変数について
方法3-2
で表した位置番号である。
The 3rd and later lines indicate
the values of array components of member index.
Each line consists of each array component and has a format
“n[0]=value,n[1]=value,n[2]=value,ig=value,iv=value,index=value”.
Here, n[0], n[1], and n[2] are
the directional indices of a half-grid node;
ig is
the consecutive index of the same node;
iv is
an index of variable;
and the value to be written
into the “index=value” field
is an index of this location expressed by
method 3-2
for this variable.
- パラメータuse_prevの値をyesにした場合には
既存のファイルへの追加書き込みとなる。
この場合、その区切りには以下の2行が出力される。
If the value of parameter use_prev is yes,
this data is added to an existing file.
In this case, the two lines shown below separates
individual runs of computations.
